2009.................

Well the new year is finally here. I have some new resolutions that i am going to stick to this year and accomplish. One of those is losing weight. I started early on that about a month ago i joined Faith Fitness. I really like it and plan on continuing it. I have started, for a week now and have been on a liquid diet. I have been drinking for breakfast and lunch then eating sensible for supper. No sodas just plenty of water. I really think that changing my eating habits all together will make a big difference. I already feel better!! I have lost about 8lbs already!! This is even more in sight now that all that good holiday cooking is over with!! HAppy New Year!!
